ANB NOS(Photoreactive Phenyl Azides) PA110 N-5-Azido-2-nitrobenzoyloxysuccinimidef.w.: 305.2 daltons |
ANB NOS is a short arm ( 7.7 angstroms ) crosslinker that contains an amine reactive N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester and a photoactivatable nitrophenyl azide. The phenylazide with a nitro group shifts the wavelength for photolysis from 320 nanometers to 350 nanometers. ANB NOS maintains the biological integrity of proteins and nucleic acids. Protect from light.
