A reagent used for the precolumn derivatization of amines for HPLC and fluorescent detection (abs.: 265 nm, em.: 315 nm). Fmoc chloride is used for capillary electrophoresis, deoxyribonucleotide synthesis and is also a precursor for Fmoc protecting reagents for peptide synthesis.
Base sensitive amino protecting reagent. Used in deoxyribonucleotide synthesis. Also a precursor for Fmoc protecting reagents for peptide synthesis.
